Cooking with Carolina: Crock Pot

Lesson 3: Crock Pot. A slow cooker, or crock pot, is a countertop electrical cooking appliance used to simmer at a low temperature. Chef Carolina will explore the possibilities of the crock pot and demonstrate a recipe, which everyone can then sample.
