Peter Turner’s Watch, Quarter, & Station Bill describes life at sea and the details of the navy men onboard Old Ironsides. Also shown is an early daguerreotype, believed to be from a voyage to Brazil. Ending as a Commander, Turner’s Navy career spanned much of the mid-19th Century aboard many ships, both near and far.
