If you’ve recently received an email saying that it’s time to renew your account, you can now quickly and easily take care of it online! Welcome to 2025!
Step 1 : Log into your online CLAMS account. You’ll need your barcode number and PIN (or password)
If you don’t know your PIN, you can reset your PIN online if you have an email address on file.
Step 2: In the upper left corner, click the blue “Renew your card” button. See screenshot, below:
Step 3: Verify your information
Step 4: Click the “Renew” button at the bottom of the page.
Step 5: Congratulations, you’re renewed!
