Yoga Your Way
Join Shivonne for a yoga practice group on Wednesday mornings. Please be aware that there is no formal instruction and Shivonne is not a certified yoga teacher. We will be utilizing Kanopy yoga videos and providing a space and equipment for people to wake up gently with a nice stretch.
Space Craft: Planet Tea Lights
