A discussion and community dialogue about The United Nations Commission on the Status of Women.

Join Rachel Elion Baird, a Peace Ambassador for Servas International, for her talk about the March United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, and what the Secretary General referred to in opening statements as “gains are being erased.”As an ECOSOC NGO, Servas International can directly affect UNPolicy.  We will file a policy document in which community voice can be communicated.

The meeting will include an overview from this year’s CSW 68th session, Women and Poverty, followed by Q&A, breakout think-tanking groups and then open discussion period.
