The Martha’s Vineyard Jazz and Blues Summerfest returns this year on Friday, August 30 through Sunday, September 1, with performances at the Old Whaling Church (89 Main Street, Edgartown, MA) featuring fierce, phenomenal and fabulous women in Jazz, Blues, Latin and Contemporary Music. As part of a special initiative, the festival has partnered with the Oak Bluffs Public Library to offer a free concert on the lawn of the Oak Bluffs Public Library on Saturday, August 31, from 4 to 6 PM, free to all who attend with lawn chairs, blankets in hand and an appetite for good music. The concert will present a performance by Uptown Royalty NYC with Jodi Music.
