SQUAD FITNESS with Triva Emery • BeWell-MV
Join us on Tuesdays for an energizing, supportive fitness class designed to help you move with confidence and strength at any age. Using bodyweight exercises, light hand weights, and resistance bands, we focus on improving balance, flexibility, and overall stability—key elements for lifelong mobility and vitality. Every session meets you where you are today, with options and encouragement for all fitness levels. Train for longevity, feel stronger, and stay active in a friendly, welcoming environment!
