The Oak Bluffs Library and Slough Farm are back with another Writers’ Circle and Sound Bath on Wednesday, April 10 from 6:30-8:30PM at Slough Farm. Join us for a sonic mediation and writing workshop inspired by the sounds and seasonal themes of spring. This is an open call for writers, whether your practice is poetry, creative nonfiction, fiction, memoir, journalism, or screenwriting, you are welcome in this space to receive inspiration from and share with your fellow writers. Set intentions to sow your creative seeds and let the sound shower help you sprout and bloom. We’ll close with a group discussion and optional sharing. 

Amy K. Nelson, a journalist and filmmaker with ESPN, MSNBC and myriad national outlets, and Anna Marden, a creative non-fiction writer and owner of Sonic Flow, a sound healing practice, will moderate this two-hour session of sound, writing, and discussion.
