In honor of the Jaws 50th anniversary, come make your own shark with “tissue-mache.” Each kid will receive a pre-cut shark.  Kids will layer colored tissue paper as they brush on a glue/ water mix. Program facilitators are DiVitto Kelly (librarian and author) and Andrea Lopez Kelly (librarian and art teacher).

From 4:45-5 there will be a optional ‘Question and Answer’ with DiVitto Kelly about his middle grades chapter book Summer of the Shark. If you’ve ever had questions for an author- this opportunity is for you!
