Did you happen to see Jeopardy on January 6? If so, you might have noticed a familiar face at the middle podium. After years of waiting, Terry Wolfisch Cole was thrilled – until she was stunned to learn that she’d face current super-champ Amy Schneider. While she went into final jeopardy with a fighting chance, she was ultimately unable to prevail but she learned so much through the experience.

Participants will enjoy the story of Cole’s experience from beginning to end — auditioning, getting “the call,” practicing, traveling to California in the midst of a pandemic, being surprised with the news of a 23-day returning champ that no one had yet heard of, watching other players defeated, stepping on the stage, and coming >thisclose< to a dream only to go home empty-handed. You’ll learn that Cole doesn’t view my Jeopardy experience as a failure. Rather, that it’s been an opportunity to see herself through a new lens, to examine and reframe what she believes about success, and to serve as an inspiration to others. And, of course, becauseI she knows that people have many questions about Jeopardy!, there will be plenty of time for Q&A.
