Bill has been coming to Campground in Oak Bluffs for about 46 years, first as renters then as owners. He is a graphic designer, photographer, maritime artist and historian with a special interest in American steamers of all kinds. His artwork is included in private and public collections in this country and abroad, including the Mystic Seaport Museum.
