This presentation showcases the Atlanta University Center Robert W. Woodruff Library, exploring the history of photography and fine art collections at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in Atlanta. 
Sarah Tanner, the Director of the Archives Research Center, and Tiffany Atwater, Head of Research Services, will provide an overview of significant moments in history where both works of art, photography, and archives advanced higher education and the influence of Black artists and HBCUs alike. They will preview works housed in the Atlanta University Center Robert W. Woodruff Library’s Archives Research Center and fine arts collection dating from 1900-1990.
