Join Hawaii’s Pickle Lady for a fun and informative pickling demonstration that shows how easy it is to make delicious pickles at home. An author and educator with over 20 years of experience, she wrote several books on easy pickling while living in Hawaii. Her final book, now out of print, is part of the permanent collections of all Oʻahu public libraries.

During the program, she will demonstrate simple pickling techniques, explain each step, and share tips for success. Attendees will be able to sample the pickles, and recipes will be provided so participants can make them at home.

Hawaii’s Pickle Lady has presented in libraries, churches, senior centers, schools, hospitals, and community events across Hawaiʻi, and has been featured on radio, television, and in magazines. She continues to teach online through YouTube, TikTok, and her website as Hawaii’s Pickle Lady.
