Morgen Schroeder is the cheesemonger and educator behind Martha’s Vineyard Cheesery, where she brings the art of cheese to life through tastings and workshops. She also curates the cheese offerings at her family’s coffee shop, Catboat Coffee Co. in Vineyard Haven. When she’s not facilitating cheesy events, you’ll find her soaking up the beauty of Martha’s Vineyard, chasing after two tiny cheese-lovers, or sailing her Beetle Cat, fittingly named “Curd“.
