Book Discussion – Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln

March 26 @ 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Come join a small group discussing Doris Kearns Goodwin’s book “Team of Rivals”.

Team of Rivals is Pulitzer Prize–winning author and esteemed presidential historian Doris Kearns Goodwin’s modern classic about the political genius of Abraham Lincoln, his unlikely presidency, and his cabinet of former political foes.

Join Marge Harris, former history teacher at MVRHS, in a lively discussion of the book once a week for five weeks. There will be a few copies of the book available at the library, please contact Claire Phelan 508-693-9433 x408 or cphelan@clamsnet.org at Oak Bluffs library.
