Led by Anna Marie D’Addarie. Also known as Toothbrush Rugs, this technique is fun and easy to learn. Use scraps of fabric, old sheets, or tee shirts to make a very durable rug that will last for years. In this class you will learn the basics and make a round hot pad, or keep going after the class and make a rug.

Limited enrollment, registration required. This class will be held on Zoom. You will receive link by email after registration.

Supplies needed:

10 to 12 pieces of 1″ or 1 1/2″ tee shirt strips in 2 colors. Tee shirt strips will be provided to you if needed. Please contact the Anna Marie.

1 large paper clip.

Masking tape approx. 6″

1 piece of yarn or twine 12″ long.

A thick piece of cardboard, or a flat pillow, or any flat surface that straight pins can go into. This is to hold your work while weaving. I use a felt ironing pad from my quilting supplies.

4 straight pins.
