Julia Spiro was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. After graduating college, she lived in Los Angeles and worked in the film industry for nearly a decade. She now lives year-round on Martha’s Vineyard, where she also teaches indoor cycling classes. Someone Else’s Secret is her first novel.
T. Elizabeth Bell was raised outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A lawyer and long-time seasonal resident of the Vineyard, she currently splits her time between Washington, D.C. and West Tisbury, Massachusetts. She has a husband, three children, and a dog – but no goats. Goats in the Time of Love is not only her first novel, but her first attempt at writing anything other than legal memos.
