Cathy Walthers is a local private chef, author of four cookbooks and a Bluedot Living contributor.  She will demonstrate using an induction cooktop to prepare a simple dish. We’ll have small samples to share. Cathy will discuss the advantages of induction for cooking, for your family’s health and for the environment. Please join us!
