Sarah Stafford leads this class of Taichirobics, a blend of basic Tai Chi movements and Aerobic Dancercise done to up beat music. The simple Tai Chi moves and Qi Gong exercises are repeated and combined with simple dance moves, stretches, and deep breathing to provide an energetic, relaxing workout. Get the benefits of both Tai Chi and Aerobic exercise in one class! Great for seniors!
