Connect your small business to your customers: An Introduction to Google business tools

Pre-registration required. Join our Reference and Technology Librarian, Nina Ferry to learn how to connect with customers and manage your business remotely. In the new world of Covid-19 social distancing and the move to virtual services, the library has partnered with Google and the Public Library Association to help patrons increase their technology skills. In the first class of two remote technology courses, you will learn an overview of various Google business tools, including:
Claim your business listing
Chat with customers
Respond to reviews
Use Google Chat to host meetings with employees or workshops with customers (G-Suite Business has many free offerings until September 30th, 2020)
