For many of us meditation is difficult, and sometimes just plain impossible. Guided visualization can be a gateway to learning meditation. It can also be a useful tool for when circumstances create tension which makes meditation daunting or impossible.
Susan Desmarais will introduce you to Guided Visualization techniques which you can practice on your own or with others. You will learn how to adapt the methods to your individual likes and needs. There will be time for discussion. Please wear comfortable clothing.
