Detailed Directions
From Vineyard Haven:
- From Five Corners take Beach Rd. towards Oak Bluffs.
- After about 1.3 miles, bear left, and stay on this road (Temahigan Ave. – New York Ave.) towards the downtown area of Oak Bluffs.
- Take a right onto Dukes County Ave., immediately after passing Sunset Lake (there is a blue library sign pointing the way)
- After .2 miles turn right onto School St.
From Edgartown:
- Take the Edgartown-Oak Bluffs Road for 3.1 miles, which turns into Beach Rd. for 1.3 miles, and then into Seaview Ave. for .6 miles.
- Turn left at Oak Bluffs Ave. which turns to Lake Ave.
- Turn left onto Dukes County Road just before Sunset Lake.
- After .2 miles turn right onto School St.
Parking
- The library parking lot shares its lot with Town Hall, which is across the street from the Catholic Parish House.
- There is also parking out front of the library on Pacific Ave. across from the Oak Grove Cemetery
- Parking is free 24/7. We do notice and call the OBPD when vehicles are parked for more than a few days, so please be courteous of everyone who needs to use the library.
